(1) Correction of eccentricity during punching: When the punching is uneven due to the uneven surface of the anvil, the skew at both ends of the punch, and the uneven heating of the billet, the aperture eccentricity is generated. The method of correction can be carried out by the immersion method: when the operation is performed, the thin side of the hole wall is immersed in water to lower the temperature, and then the hole is reamed by the punch, and the wall thickness is thinned due to the higher temperature and the plasticity, so that the entire forging wall The thickness is even and the eccentricity is corrected. This method is suitable for materials with good plasticity.
(2) The blank is out of shape when punching. That is, the metal under the punch is pushed to the periphery, the height of the blank is reduced, the diameter is increased, the upper end surface is recessed, and the lower end surface is convex. The degree of the sample is related to the size of the blank diameter D0, the height H0 and the aperture d1 before punching. The smaller the D0/d1 is, the more serious the degree of aliasing is. The corrective method is: D0/d1≥2.5~3 should be controlled as well. If the diameter of the punched hole is large, such as D0/dl<2.5, the hole is generally punched first, and then the hole is expanded to obtain the required hole diameter.
